Pre-Construction: Planning and Design

SinglePoint is a Construction Management firm founded in 2018 by Julia Bonney and Evan Currid, with a singular focus of supporting the property owner with all possible types of asset improvement projects.
As advocate of the Landlord, SinglePoint CM provides the comprehensive services required for the successful execution of the business planning including (1) support for leasing on tracking and securing new tenants, (2) managing the pre-construction process with architects, tenants, and contractors and (3) executing all levels of complexity of tenant improvements projects, building re-positioning, major R&M through turn-over to property management.
